The English-speaking population of Montreal has high rates of educational success, but there are specific challenges for this population in pursuing their educational or professional pathways in the province.

Developed in collaboration with the Lester B. Pearson School Board and Réseau Réussite Montréal, Linguistic Immersion is a project designed to prepare English-speaking Montreal students in Secondary 3 and 4 to live an immersive experience in the Quebec employment sector and to increase their confidence to integrate a predominantly francophone work environment.

Following their participation, students will have a better understanding of their career interests and the language skills needed to eventually enter the local job market.
